The Renew SleepClock is completely non-contact, meaning you don’t have to wear any wires or wristbands that could disrupt your natural sleep comfort.

Furthermore you don’t have to remember to charge or pair any additional monitoring equipment. Simply dock your iOS device and press GO TO SLEEP when you’re ready to start sleep monitoring.

Using a highly accurate sensor the Renew SleepClock can distinguish between when you are awake, in light sleep or in deep sleep. It does this by monitoring changes in your breathing and movement while you are in bed.

Using sophisticated algorithms this information is then displayed in the Renew App on your iOS device. You can view your sleep statistics for that night, week, month or year.

It feels more natural to be awoken when you are in a period of light sleep. The Renew SleepClock measures your sleep and knows whether you are in light or deep sleep.

Using this information it can wake you up at the lightest point in your sleep cycle (within a wake up window, i.e. between 6.30 and 7.00am) You can choose to wake up to your own music, FM Radio or wake up sounds.
